Where to eat in downtown West Palm Beach

The short answer

Where to eat in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, taken from each restaurant's own website on October 20, 2026: the Clematis Street and Waterfront blocks, from E.R. Bradley's and Pistache at the water to Hullabaloo and Shanghai'd in the 500 block, The Blind Monk near CityPlace, and Northwood Village to the north. We give addresses and the hours each place publishes, and we say when hours are missing. No ratings, no rankings.

This is a list of restaurants and cafes in and near downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, with the address and the opening hours each one publishes on its own website. It is a list, not a ranking. We did not copy ratings from review sites, and we do not score anyone. We read every site on October 20, 2026. Places across the lagoon in the Town of Palm Beach are a different town and are not on this page.

How we chose

  • Its own website. Every entry comes from the restaurant’s own site, or its owner group’s page, loaded on October 20, 2026. Directories were used only to find the address of that site.
  • Downtown or Northwood. We kept places on the Clematis Street and Waterfront blocks, south downtown near CityPlace, and Northwood Road and North Dixie Highway.
  • Hours as published. Where a site shows no hours, or two different sets, we say so instead of guessing.
  • Their words, not ours. Opening years and descriptions in quotation marks are each restaurant’s own claim.

Food at the GreenMarket and Clematis by Night

On Saturdays in season the GreenMarket is a food stop of its own. The City’s vendor page lists “2025-27 Season Vendors” including prepared foods; among them are Havana Restaurant, Leila Restaurant, Korean Kitchen and Funky Donkey Burritos. Discover The Palm Beaches names five new vendors this season, Ba Cafe, Arya Tea Bar, Macaroner, Sayblee Products and Truffle Smiles, and four new Legacy Vendors, Leila, Macy’s Smoked Fish Dip, Makebs and Mozzarita. Legacy status goes to vendors who have been at the market 15 years or more.

On Thursdays, the City’s Clematis by Night event pages mention island-inspired food and a Margarita Tent at themed nights. The events page lists the coming shows.

Parking for dinner

City garages charge $1 for the first two hours, then $2 for each additional half hour, $20 daily maximum on weekdays, and $5 all day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays except during special events. What we left off, and why

City Cellar’s site returned an error, and the Malakor and Simmer Down sites refused our requests, so we could not read their hours. Souvlaki Grill is on Belvedere Road, outside the downtown core. We will add places when their own sites can be read.
