Who writes this guide
Downtown West Palm Beach is written and kept current by LPE Realty LLC, a Florida real estate brokerage (DBPR license CQ1075686) that works across South Florida. We started it because the everyday questions about downtown, such as whether the GreenMarket is on this Saturday, which City garage is free while it runs, or what replaced the old trolley, were scattered across a dozen pages, and several of those pages were a season out of date when we looked.
We are not the City of West Palm Beach, the Downtown Development Authority, CityPlace or any venue, and no business on these pages paid to be here. The City runs the GreenMarket, Clematis by Night, the garages and West Palm Move; museums and theaters set their own hours. Every page links to the page we read, so you can check it yourself.
How a date or a rate gets onto this site
- We read it on the organiser’s own page and record the day we read it. Each fact box prints that source and that day.
- When two official pages disagree, we print both. The City’s GreenMarket hours page still showed last season when we checked, so the GreenMarket page says where each 2026-27 date came from.
- If something has not been announced, we write that it is not posted instead of carrying last year’s date forward.
- The parking picker, the date checker and the day planner run on the same sourced records as the pages. Walking distances are straight lines from Clematis Street at Flagler Drive, and the tools say so.
- The photographs show real places downtown and are credited with their licenses on the photo and film credits page; the home page film is assembled from those same photographs.
Other guides by the same publisher
LPE Realty LLC also publishes a small number of other independent community guides to places in South Florida. Each one is written for its own place, from its own sources, and none of them repeats this one. We say so here so that the common ownership is clear.
Drafting with AI, checking by hand
We draft with the help of AI tools. Before anything goes live, a person on our team checks each statement of fact against the record it came from. That is why the byline reads Downtown West Palm Beach Editorial Team rather than an invented writer.
No paid placements
Nothing here is a paid listing, and this guide does not show homes for sale. If a local sponsor is ever added, it will carry a clear sponsored label where it appears. Questions about that go through the contact page.
Send us a correction
If a Saturday market moves, a garage rate changes or a venue closes, tell us at info@lperealty.com or through the contact page. We check the change on the organiser’s page, update the record and the date beside it.
Dates, rules and hours can change. The organisers have the final word: City of West Palm Beach (official site)
